How FreshFirst handles data
This policy describes the FreshFirst Android app, published by RNN Studio in Thailand.
Backup, restore, and export
A backup or CSV file is created only when you request it. You choose the destination through Android. Exported files are outside FreshFirst’s control and are not removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app.
Notifications
FreshFirst uses local notifications for expiry reminders and may request Android’s notification permission. It receives device restart events to reschedule reminders. Your food records are not sent to a FreshFirst server to schedule notifications.
Advertising and Google services
FreshFirst uses Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform. Google may process IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit.
Consent and your choices
Where required, FreshFirst requests consent before requesting ads and only requests ads when the consent system permits it. You can revisit Settings › Privacy options in the app to review or change your choices. Without consent, ads may be limited or may not be shown.
Deletion and retention
App data remains until you delete records, use Clear all data, clear FreshFirst’s Android data, or uninstall the app. These actions do not delete backups or CSV files stored outside the app.
Device permissions and children
FreshFirst uses internet access for ads, notification permission, and device restart events. It does not request precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone access. The app is a general household utility and is not designed or marketed specifically for children.
Changes and contact
